Here is my formula, how can I add, if status is N/A make bubble green?

You would add it into the OR function the same as your Status@row = "Complete" piece.

I can't figure out how/where to add that piece in the OR function without causing syntax error.

It would be the same syntax you already have.

OR(logical argument 1, logical argument 2, logical argument 3)
