Formula to get group from belonged user

Since the groups are the only way to categorize users, we use groups as "departments".

I'd like a formula to get the name of the group where each user belong to. thanks

Archive
I would like to have a way to archive items that I want to be able to refer back to but not have on my active work spaces to lessen clutter. I created a folder for individual sheets to go into but can't do that with workspaces.
Dashboard deleting widgets in the middle
In an active dashboard, if you need to remove a widget that is no longer needed, it would be handy to have a pop-up which could ask if you want the widgets below to be moved up. The cut and paste could be a bit better too. :-)
