Why do some users who have been added to the work app have the people with gear icon? What does it represent?

That's the "role" icon to let you know that this same person has another role in this Workapp.

Hi all, Hoping someone can help. Using the docusign integration and it works great, only issue I'm having is that the PDF of the completed contract is saving to the attachments automatically. Is there a way or turning off this feature so that the attachments stay clear?
