=SUMIFs({Results FY24 Location}, [Primary Column]@row, {Delivering Results FY24 Prod},[{Results FY24 Location},{MoHP Results FY24 Range 1},"Aug")
not working - dont know why.

The first range in a SUMIFS is the range that gets summed. Try adjusting your syntax based on the examples near the bottom of the article linked below.
