Hi, i am trying to multiply number in column "Lineal Meters" by 3.2. What is the formula please?

You can use the following in the Weight column.

=[Lineal Meters]@row * 3.2

Thanks Dave, that's great. Leads on to the next question though. How do i get the "Weight" column to auto populate that number when a number is entered in to the "Lineal Meter" column?

You would put that formula into the Weight column.
