RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PANEL NOT SYNC

Hi,

when i link a smartsheet project in Resource Management, i get in the same problem every time (see yellow highlighted):

Start date and End Date in Resource Panel are always showed at T-1 (1day difference).

Anyone know the reason?

What Timezone is your Smartsheet account set to? Is it possible that Resource Management is recognizing the date differently based on a timezone difference? I believe the Panel and Resource Management record dates in UTC time.

If this doesn't explain the difference, please submit a Support ticket through the Support portal where you can troubleshoot this in a private channel, providing Support with full screen captures and the sheet URL.

My Smartsheet timezone is set to GMT+1 Europe/Rome.

How can i modify Panel and Resource Management from UTC to GMT+1 timezone?

Hi @Simone Scarpone

If you're set to GMT +1 this should not be impacting the value shown in the Panel, since UTC is the same as GMT. In this case, I am unsure why your panel would show a different date. Please keep following-up with Support and let us know what you find out!
