email notification
Is there a way to have a check mark or any sign when you send out an email?

Hi @minh.h.nguyen,
Assuming you're speaking about Alerts or Update Requests; unfortunately there's no way to tell which emails have been sent out.
It would make for a great product idea although I bet there's already one there that you could up-vote.
Edit: @Zachary Hall's suggestion below is a great one. I have however heard of times where not all emails get sent. In that case the box could still be checked and misleading you to think all emails were sent.

Hi,
If you want to check a box when you process an automation to send an email you absolutely could include it as one of the actions in your workflow. You'll need to have the Checkbox column created and then add an action to your notification workflow to change the cell's value in that column to be checked.
I hope this helps!

Hello again,
where is the email triggered to get this action done? So, when I send an email it will change the cell's value?

Hi @minh.h.nguyen,
You need to select the action to send the email first. For instance, select "Alert someone". Then underneath the settings for that action will be a plus sign (+). That is the button to add an action or condition. Click that plus sign, and select "Add an action". For the second action, you can select "Change cell value". That's where you can add the checkmark to show the email has been sent.
Hope that helps!
