Can Bridge add the "Row Link" to Cells?
My users maintain inventories which interrelate to each others' rows. They administer all new rows by inserting the Row Link into the Primary Column cell's text as a hyperlink (<link url=Row Link>text</link>) so that, wherever the row is index matched into another sheet, the user can navigate across sheets to view the index matched row and back.
Can Bridge run on these rows and automatically insert that Row Link address as a Hyperlink, triggered by row creation?
Or, if inserting the hyperlink is too dangerous (if say, the cell already contains a web address like "Google http://bing.com"), write the Row Link (https address) to a column? Then, I can use a formula to bring it into the Primary Column cell.

Yes, you can.
In the published demo sheet below, if you add a row by adding a value to the "Add a row" column, a Bridge workflow adds row links to the "Primary Column" and "Row Link" columns.
I used "Get Row" to get the row link in the workflow by including "Row Permanent Link" in the advanced options. Then, I used "Update Row" with the row link information, {{states.Rows Added.smartsheet.get_row.row.permalink}}, as shown in the Sheet Summary.

@jmyzk_cloudsmart_jp - thank you. Your post is very generous.
Do you know if it's possible to wrap the "Add a row" column data with a hyperlink, using the Row Link column data as the SRC for the hyperlink?

Hi @Cory_OWA
I could "wrap the "Add a row" column data with a hyperlink" by using the "Advanced Cells" as shown below. (I changed the "Add a row" column's column type to the "Text/Number".)
