I had the same issue recently with another badge and I used the support ticketing system and had the badge applied within 48 hours. You can use the link below to get to the right place.

This is one of our Product Usage badges, and we award them monthly in Community. By the end of this month you should be able to see it in your profile 😃

@Rebeca S. I was awarded this a few months ago but have yet to see it show up under my awarded badges as well. I reached out to the support portal but have yet to hear anything. Can you help?

I am in the same situation as other members, where I got the email that I earned a badge and can claim it (i.e. Automagician). If the badge appears in my profile end of month "automagically" then perhaps the email should be revised and not say 'claim', since it prompts an action from the user(?).
