How do I change when my Sheet starts the next workday?

I have a formula in Sheet Summary that counts workdays remaining until launch. It works except that the count doesn't go down each day until 10 AM. If anyone looks at it before 10 AM, it shows an extra day. I can't figure out why it updates at 10 AM, so I don't know how to fix it. Ideally, it would change at midnight.

    Hey @Jules42 ,

What time zone is your account set to? Are you sure it updates at 10am and not updates when someone opens and saves the sheet?

That's a great point. It does look like it's when someone opens the sheet. That's problematic.

    Thank you for the insight.
