What template should I use to plan my teams year?

Hello,

I've been tasked with setting up a team tracker, where we can track and visualise all of our upcoming and completed tasks for 2024 and deadlines/reminders to do certain things within that task at a certain time etc.

I've been playing around with the smartsheet templates but I can't figure out which template would be best to use for what I need?

There's a pretty good template in the normal gallery for "Team Productivity Hub" which aggregates tasks/action items as well as blockers, goals, meeting agendas/notes, etc.

I also found an older template that might work for you. If you open the Template Gallery and click "Find Older Templates" at the bottom right, then search for "team task" you'll find the "Team Task List by Priority" template which appears to be a simple sheet.
