Calculating Time Duration of Outage

I am having trouble calculating the Time duration of an outage. I have attempted to use a formula found to calculate time worked which is ultimately the same but I cannot get it to work. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. Outage Start Date and Outage End Date are Date Columns and the others are all Text/Number Columns
