I am trying to create a formula to keep track of vacation time. I would like my Amount of Vacation Used column to increase by 1 everytime my Date of Day off is filled out.

Hello @Drister! In this situation, you could use a COUNT formula pointing to the cells under each person in the "Date of Day Off" column. If the cells are blank, the COUNT formula will ignore them, and the number will increase every time a new cell is filled with a date.
