Completion Reporting

Im looking for a way to report the latest % complete column for each Task/Description in a dashboard. I have a calculation sheet which currently parses and calculates much of the data entered weekly in this sheet through a form but am missing the completion percentage.

I think assistance may be slow in coming on this one because there are some details missing in order to understand the needs and how to get a solution. Answering these questions could help us provide some direction.

1. What data helps you determine how complete something is?
2. The sheet you show has a [% complete] column, is that something manual that you are looking to generate through a formula?
3. When you are saying you want a way to report it, is it that you need to know how to get the [% complete] column into a report or a dashboard?
