Move data to a sheet based on the name in a Contact List column

I am hoping this is a simple answer for someone. I am trying to copy information from a master sheet to a secondary sheet based on the name in the Assigned to column (Contact list is the Column Type). That is, if a row is assigned to John Doe, I want to copy the Task Name and Start Date to another sheet and have it remain dynamic. Also, each time a task is assigned to John Doe, I want it to copy to the secondary sheet. I'm thinking this is a combination of an Index Match formula plus automation? For the life of me, I can't get it to work and am continually getting an #unparsable message.

Have you looked into using a row report instead?
