How do I track a tally of previous meetings?

Set up is one row per client that tracks previous meetings in one column (dates separated by a comma within one box). I would like to be able to have a +1 added to tally column for every date added to the "Previous Meetings" column. Is this possible?

    You could either add a Workflow that changes the count for each change, or you could count the number of dates in the cell.

    Make sense?

  • Thank you, Andree. I am brand new to SmartSheet and learning with the purpose of assisting my Ops Team with tracking the work they have been tracking in Excel - moving to and utilizing the power SmartSheet.

    I did attempt to create a workflow, but do not know how to set the exact trigger, conditions or creation of cell value to enter to make it work. I have tried several combinations, but have not yet been successful. I am working through initial course videos, but am impatient to jump forward and make this work. Can you give me specifics, please?
