How to display a NETDAY calculation as 0 when no dates are available?
I am calculating hold times on work requests. The column would be a hold start date to hold end date. The calculation for total hold time is in its own column. I am using =NETDAYS([Hold Start Date]@row, [Hold End Date]@row) to get the calculation. Sometimes, the request may NOT be placed on hold. In this case, I want the hold time time column to display the number 0. How can I write my formula to make this work?

Hi @stacybard:
=IF([Hold Start Date]@row="",0, NETDAYS([Hold Start Date]@row, [Hold End Date]@row))
