How to use master database sheet to populate certain columns in other sheets

EX: Have a master database - if a specific column with a drop down is selected- then depending on the selection we want certain data from that row to populate different sheets. In those newly populated sheets we want it to trigger automation that sends a message to field personnel to "Update Information" those fields selected for "Sheet #1". Once a specific column in "Sheet #1" is populated from the "Update Information" request-Automation sends message only with URL of form - once form submitted "Sheet #1" updates.

DATABASE SHEET A - COLUMN #7 TRIGGERS YES- COPIES CERTAIN DATA TO SHEET #1- SHEET #1 AUTOMATION SENDS UPDATE REQUEST TO FIELD-FIELD SUBMITS UPDATE-AUTOMATION SENDS MESSAGE ONLY TO VENDOR WITH URL FORM LINK TO COMPLETE-VENDOR SUBMITS-SHEET #1 UPDATES- ALL ON THE SAME ROW

We are thinking Bridge Flow may be the solution but may require a workaround in the interim. Anyone having success with this type of process flow?

Thanks
