I need help to count a column by the name in it and also if a second column that is a checkbox is checked. I keep getting unparsable: Can anyone help me adjust this formula? =COUNTIFS(Workstream Category, Production, [Add to Dashboard, = 1])"

Your range syntax is off.

If the ranges are on the same sheet as the formula:

[Column name]:[Column Name]

If the ranges are on a different sheet as the formula:

{Range Name}
