Linking in Smartsheets

Hello,

I am trying to link a google doc using a URL into my smartsheet but when I click link it only gives me the option to link from other smartsheets and doesn't allow me to input a URL. I am needing to do this for a class.

Are you trying to add a link to a sheet? If you right-click and select "Hyperlink" you should see an option to "Link to URL" above "Link to Other Smartsheet"
