What formula do I use to reference a product name in another sheet by matching reference numbers?

I tried combining IF/MATCH/INDEX like this =IF(INDEX({Copy of Practice Fwd Sheet Range 3}, ="PRACFWD", MATCH([Firm ID]@row, {Copy of Practice Fwd Sheet Range 2}), 0)) in different variations but none seem to work. Some rows contains the same reference number but different products so I only want it to reference the product if it is 'PRACFWD' and references number in that sheet matches the one in the current sheet.
