IF data blank populate NA

Hello,

I have a formula that adds a year to the date to provide an out-of-warranty date. If the "Purchase Date" column is blank, how can I make the formula populate "NA"?

=DATE(YEAR([Purchase Date]@row) + 1, MONTH([Purchase Date]@row), DAY([Purchase Date]@row))

Next, I would like to make a Status column that populates "NA". How can I add to this formula

=IF([Warranty Expiration Date]@row < TODAY(), "Out of Warranty", IF([Warranty Expiration Date]@row > TODAY(), "Under Warranty", ))

    1. =IF(ISBLANK([Purchase Date]@row), "NA", DATE(YEAR([Purchase Date]@row) + 1, MONTH([Purchase Date]@row), DAY([Purchase Date]@row)))
    2. =IF(ISBLANK([Purchase Date]@row), "NA", IF([Warranty Expiration Date]@row < TODAY(), "Out of Warranty", IF([Warranty Expiration Date]@row > TODAY(), "Under Warranty")))
