Enable click through from a pie chart division into relevant report

I want to be able to create a pie chart widget on my dashboard to show all projects in red, green, and yellow. I then want to be able to click on the red portion of the pie chart for it to take me to a sheet/report that shows only the projects that are red. same for green and yellow status projects. Today, i am not able to click on specific portions of the pie chart for it to take me to specific reports/sheets.
