Secure our backups from public access

Our Smartsheet backups are not appropriately protected. Backups generated from the system are available to download via a link which is openly available to anyone over the internet and there is no requirement to authenticate to download the backup. Effectively, our private and confidential data is being publicly shared over the web. The link to the backup does have an obscure string however obscurity is not an acceptable level of security. Therefore, we request that Smatsheet implements a very basic and standard level of security for backups which would be expected of any cloud service provider.
