Trying to Create Pivot - it takes a long time to create

Not sure what's the issue there. I'm trying to Create pivot. The source sheet is big but created pivot from bigger sheet previously . I waited few hours yesterday but it didn't work. I think i'm on 2nd hour now :

the pivot app sometimes can take time, but 2 hours...

Do your other pivot configurations run as expected?

Did you try to set the "Execution Frequency" to something less real-time? If your sheet is very big and constantly edited (both just guesses) that might slow things down.

If nothing helps, contact support is best.
