=COUNTIF([1.Result]@row, [2.Result]@row, [3.Result]@row, [4.Result]@row, [5.Result]@row, [6.Result]@row, "Overdue")
IF THE CONDITION IS OVER DUE , it need to count howmany overdue. but it didn't . why.? please help

Since the columns are not next to each other, you will need to add multiple IF statements together.
=IF([1.Result]@row = "Overdue", 1, 0) + IF([2.Result]@row = "Overdue", 1, 0) + IF([3.Result]@row .................................
