Cells change counter

Hi, community. I have a question about how can I count the cells changes. For example, we have a column called Status, and we have two status: developing and QA. I want to know how can I count how many times a cell change to developing. I tried with automatizations but I didn't have success. I hope someone could help me with an idea ☺️

You would have to first ensure there is some kind of unique identifier on every row. Then you can set up a copy row automation to copy a row to another sheet when the status changes to developing. Finally you would use a COUNTIFS formula with a cross sheet reference to reference the copy sheet's unique ID column and count how many that unique ID appears.
