Guest Name Cross Reference between sheets

I keep a running list of guests, and currently have one sheet for 2023, and a second one started for 2024. Is there a way to flag/highlight a duplicate name if the same guest (from 2023) was added to the 2024 sheet?

=IF(COUNTIFS({2023 Sheet Name Column}, @cell = [Name Column]@row)> 0, 1)
