#Invalid Ref for no reason

Smartsheet is garbage.

Getting invalid ref errors despite doing things EXACTLY the same way on cross sheet references as I had elsewhere in the same sheet.

Underlined section throwing the error. Other two are just fine. Just a different set of columns. WTF

    Hi @tpokrywka

It sounds like Social Worker Staffing Range 6 or Social Worker Staffing Range 7 might not exist as cross sheet references. If you go to the sheet that these columns are in and right click you will see a menu option to Manage References:

From there a window will appear with all the references that are set up. You can see if they are "active" - being used by another sheet. You might find a slightly different spelling of the one you want that is not active, or they may not be there. You can either edit them or set up new ones, from this window.

    I hope this helps.

Thanks, I figured out a workaround. If I save the sheet, exit, and go back in, it recognizes the reference.
