Is there a formula that finds the avg of a column after omitting cells without numbers?

Hello Kaitlyn, are the cells without numbers 'blank' or 'text only'

text only

@Lachlan Stead would blank cells be an easier fix or does a formula exist for text?

By default Smartsheet should ignore cells with text when running an average, but have you found it is messing with the calculation?
One option would be to to an 'average if' formula and add the condition of between '0' and 'X' (what ever number is higher than possible in your data set) and this will ensure only numbers are considered.
