sending emails from dynamic view

Good morning, Is there a way to replicate sending emails from smartsheet in the dynamic view screen? I see the comment section but I do not see where you can start an email from dynamic view.

If you tag someone in the comment section it will send them an email based on their alert settings. Otherwise you cannot send a row like you can in Smartsheet.
