Hello I wanted to know how can we determine different leave dates for different individuals in the same projectplan/schedule?

I'm not sure I know exactly what you're hoping to achieve. Is the "leave" date determined by a specific set of metrics or an option that individuals select/indicate? You should be able to have additional date columns, even if dependencies on your sheet are enabled with start, finish, duration, etc. columns. If you are able to share more context and a screenshot of the sheet you're discussing (with sensitive info blurred), I'd be happy to answer further.
