How do I create a report that is a pivot of duplicate items, with a status?

Hello! I have a tracker that consists of multiple contacts per client resulting in duplicate names for a single client, however, a single "status" column that covers the client. I am trying to pivot the client and status however, am struggling to figure this out. I would like to create a report by status that I can then create a dashboard for overall project status, along with a list of client, by status. Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi @TeriB

It does sound like a Report should work for your purposes! You'll want to Group the Report by either the Status or Client (or both, depending on what you want to see).

If you're still unable to create the view you need, it would be helpful to see a screen capture of your source sheet (blocking out sensitive data) or source sheet set-up with test data.
