Using SUMIF formula to calculate leave totals from another sheet

Hi Community,
I have a leave application sheet which employees use to submit leave requests.
I would like to pull through the number of hours by leave type (Sick, Annual, Family Responsibility, Study) by person into another sheet using the SUMIF formula.

Can anyone assist in advise which formula to use to pull through the hours by employee based on the leave type entered.
