Dynamic view Tab

Just like we have Sheets and Workspaces on the widget, I believe there should be Dynamic Views.
It's a huge pain adding people that should have only Dynamic View access as Unlicensed Users, and they are requesting for a license. I'm getting 100 license requests a day because people are lazy and they don't use the initial dynamic view link that I shared with them.
Currently the only way to access it if they don't have access to the Sheet is by sharing the link.
Home tab should show them only what they have clearance for.
