Hi,

I am receiving a "Smartsheet REST exception occurred. Error code: 1302. Error Message". Unfortunately, this message doesn't give much info on what may be causing it. Anyone have ideas?

I believe Smartsheet was having some issues this morning. If you are still having issues, you may need to open a support ticket.

@Katie S. were you able to solve this? I receive the same error when the workflow is trying to create a new row. I agree, the description from the log could be more helpful.

I keep seeing these errors too, it's so frustrating trying to work out what is wrong. I will raise a ticket and if I get any answers I will come back to this thread

@Megan.Casto @SJ_Schuh I believe it's due to trying to update a cell with a column formula. Double check that.
