Help with a solution to my Quote Database

Hi all, we have recenlty move our system to smartsheet and loving it so far.

Our Quote departments number system has a revision number attached while still using the main quote number. so, lets say our quote number is 121088-1 (this is the fist quote assigned to this particular enquirery)If there are any changes we increase the - number.-2, -3, etc etc

Currently the Database looks like this.

I would love to be able to create something that indents the row and increases the - number like this.

Once a quote is submitted a form is filled out currently which is populating this sheet.

Unfortunately, at the moment, you cannot create child rows via a form. You can only create new rows (with no indentation). You could use your master quote number to group things together but you can't automatically indent.
