Can't seem to get my health status to autopopulate the correct color based on the completion%.
I need the health status to turn red if <50%, yellow if 51%-79% and green if 80% and higher.

It should look something like this: =IF[% Complete]@row >= .8, “Green”, IF(AND[% Complete]@row >= .51, [% Complete]@row <= .79), “Yellow”, “Red”

It's still not auto populating the correct health status.

Hmm... I'm really confused by what I am seeing in your screenshot as this is a formula we use that I've just adjusted it for your specifics.

This formula appears to work, but I want to make sure that for any completion percentage below 50% it turns red, from 51%-79% it turns yellow and anything from 80% and above is green. =IF([% Complete]@row < 0.51, "Red", IF([% Complete]@row <= 0.79, "Yellow", IF([% Complete]@row <= 80, "Green")))

Same applies above. If the 1st two IF statements are false, it will default to a Red Status as the only other option. But you can include it directly in the formula as well, as you've done.
