How do I get my Project Metadata pulled over accurately from our intake sheet?

I've looked at many posts asking the same question however, I still can't figure it out. In my mind, I feel like I should be able to update the Project ID or Project Title on the metadata and it should pull the relative row information from the intake.

Each time I start with the formula, I click the highlighted items and select the specific project title I want represented from the intake sheet for each item. I've also tried the entire column and row. What am I missing?

Hi! It's best practice to use one unique identifier for each project, which in your case would be the Project ID. Delete the Match formula for the Project Title and you should be good to go!
