Regarding deployment and consent

Hi Team

We are using smart sheet to integrate with mulesoft.

We followed the below link and we were able to connect

We followed the same in local it was working fine. We created the jar and deployed in cloudhub.

It is working fine. After deployment in prod env or sit env it was asking the below consent.

My query is that is this only one time or it will expire after 7 days.?? Can we automate it without manual intervention or can the callback url be hit again via code.
