COUNTIFS with conditions
Hello!
I have been trying to get the following formula to work and cannot figure out what is incorrect.
=COUNTIFS({US and Canada Tracker Range 5}, >=DATE(2022, 4, 1), {US and Canada Tracker Range 5}, <=DATE(2023, 4, 3), AND({US and Canada Tracker Range 20}, "RA Signed", {US and Canada Tracker Range 21}, ""))
Basically, I need to count how many instances in one column (US and Canada Tracker Range 5) occur between April 1, 2022 and April 30, 2023 where one column has "RA Signed" and the corresponding row for RA Signed a the Status column is blank. See below:

In what way is the formula incorrect?
You do not need to include the AND. The COUNTIFS will only count rows where all the things are true.
