Also, how do I exclude dates in the past (including today)?

=COUNTIFS({Go Live Range}, <=TODAY(30)) is returning 4 and one of those dates is in the past and one date is today.

02/15/24 - should exclude the past

02/26/24 - should exclude today

03/01/24

03/05/24

04/01/24

04/01/24
