Hyperlinking a PDF from an external user's Sharepoint

How can I include a PDF from my corporate Sharepoint into my workspace/dashboard, which is accessed by external users so that they can view the PDF? For example, attached is the message I get when clicking on a hyperlink to my colleagues PDF. This PDF is embedded in their google drive from their Sharepoint.

    Hi,

    Are choosing the link or attachment? Only files that are hosted on a supported online storage drive may be attached (Google Drive, One Drive, Box, Dropbox, Evernote, Egnyte).
