Is there a way to send emails to all users in a group?
@AndyJW If you are asking for a Smartsheet group - no. I have been asking for this enhancement for a while. But you can send an email to Outlook group emails.
I'm trying to transition myself to using Board and Table view over Card and Grid view, but haven't been able to figure out how to schedule reminders in Board view. Is there a spot on each task to create a reminder the way there is in Card view that I'm missing? Or is this feature just not available in Board view yet?
Is there a way to default a "Created By" field to be whomever submitted an entry via my form. That is, rather than having a drop-down list of contacts for the submitter to pick their name from, I'd like the system to just automatically populate to whomever is logged in to the form.
Hi there, I'm working on building a request form for my team. I'd like to add all 85 members as contacts in the Contact List field, and Restrict to list values only. How can do this in bulk without having to manually type out/select each name in the Add contacts lookup? Help?!
