Published report doesn't display for others

Hi,

I have shared a report with the publish option, available to anyone with the link.

Despite that other people only see a blank page.

They should have records listed:

Why can this be? I thought the point of the publish option was to be able to share it with anyone but even those with smartsheet access can't see it.

Any ideas what to do here?

My thinking is that the information for the report is not being shared with those folks, you may also have to give the same people permissions to view the sheet that feeds the report.

On the off chance thats not the issue, there is a change that you need to add the specific domain ( @gmail for example) to the kind of emails that can interact with the sheet. This is unlikely as its mostly a Gov Smartsheet issue.
