Not able to login to community account

@Genevieve P. we have recently migrated our domain from congruentglobal.com to vsaasglobal.com, now i'm not able to login to my community account.

Can you please check and migrate my account from xxx@xxx.com to yyy@yyy.com

    Hi @Josephcongruent

    If your account was updated in Smartsheet to have a new Primary email, then you should be able to log into the Community with the new email and it will automatically update the email of your Community account (since it's the same Smartsheet account, just a new email).

    I'll message you privately and remove the email addresses from the public site to clarify next steps.
