Formula stopped working

My formula updates the next date still works but stop working to update the %due column.

The formula you shared updates the next date based on Last Date and Frequency. Can you share the one that is not working and explain how it is not working? Is it returning the wrong number? If so, how what does it return and what do you expect? Or, is it returning an error message?
