How to Buy Resource Management after trial period

Hi. I used 1month trial for Resource Management and I am fully happy with product. I upgraded my account to "Business" but still I am getting info in my Smartsheet account that I have to contact Smartsheet for price. I filled all forms, keep receiving non-helpful e-mails from Smartsheet team that soon somebody will contact me, however 0 progress for 3 days now..

Can somebody advise - how to move forward?
