Duplicates formula

Hello I'm trying to find duplicates in the "Rest" column but since there are a few rows with blank spaces I'm getting a ✔ in the checkbox "duplicate column" the formula that I used is :

=IF(COUNTIF(Rest:Rest, Rest@row) > 1, 1, 0)

=IF(ISBLANK(Rest@row),0,IF(COUNTIF(Rest:Rest, Rest@row) > 1, 1, 0))

@Jimena you can do this in conditional formatting.
