Why doesn't the date format change for certain columns?

Hi,

I am trying to change the date format (to 01-Jan-2024) of 4 columns. I could apply the change to 3 columns, but not the forth one ("Project Sheet end date"). The cells are linked to a sheet and the date format is also 01-Jan-2024 in the source sheet. Why isn't the format being applied to the forth column?

I could be the regional setting. The formula/link must be defaulting to the regional setting. To change - click on the person icon on the lower left of your page (any page) - then try to play with the settings -
